Property tax wrong envelope?

    They inserted the wrong envelope in some of the property tax bills so, yes, that address is incorrect. They should have sent you a follow up yellow postcard noting the error and the correct address in San Andreas. You are correct, address your own envelope as follows:
    Barbara Sullivan
    Treasurer & Tax Collector
    Calaveras County Government Center
    891 Mountain Ranch Road Suite 2
    San Andreas, CA 95249-9713

    I started paying my property tax tonight, and saw that the envelope that came with the bill was addressed to:

    Barbara M Lopez
    Del Norte County Tax Collector
    981 H Street, Suite 150
    Crescent City, CA

    I assume this is wrong and that I should address my own envelope to the Calaveras County Tax Collector in San Andreas.

    Did anyone else receive this return envelope?
