I heard about this tree but never knew where it was located. Where was it? Could you see if from Hwy 4?
Before it started dying, some say it was the largest pine, some say second largest. Too bad it died. It was humungous (sp ??)!
The big Sugar Pine tree in the Girl Scout camp has been cut down. How sad. I remember when there were plaques on it! I believe it was the 2nd largest.
