Orange tag on house?

    When walking the neighborhood this weekend I saw a house with an orange tag posted on it – maybe 4inches by 18 inches? I didn’t want to be so nosey and walk on the property and deck to see what it’s about, but I AM curious. Anybody know what it could be?
