We left our cabin at the top of Murrietas Roost right at 4pm yesterday and the snow WAS coming down pretty hard. Turned to rain at about Avery and all precip was gone by the time we went through Angels Camp. I was bummed when I checked your web cams this morning and saw nothing on the ground. Maybe as the week progresses we’ll get some. Back up next weekend!

I figured that if I left the country it would snow, I should have left in January! It looks like the dry weather followed me to Denmark.

Snow started falling right around 4PM. It’s not sticking yet.

🙂 Yeah, bring on the snow. Better late then never!

I can hardly believe it… There’s snow in the forecast for Dorrington this Sunday and there are a few dogwood blooms out up here. I was sure that this was going to be THE year that the old adage “it has to snow on the dogwood blooms” would finally not come to pass.
    🙂
