    Facebook post today by Bill Reynolds:

    “Spicer is now open. My informant also said the water level is at least 100 feet below the ramp. So be prepared when you are trying to launch a boat. Have fun”

    If someone goes to Spicer, I’d like to know what the water level is like.

    The road down to Spicer Res. will open tomorrow April 15th.
