Wow. How much did we have last year? I know this doesn’t sound very smart, but where do I find this snow depth thing on this site?
bigtreestechmanKeymasterYep, it did. We now have over 2ft on the ground in Dorrington and more on the way.
Attachments:
bigtreestechmanKeymasterpower went out for a 10 – 15 minutes and just came back on around 5:30pm or so.
caleachParticipantMy camera is out again, anyway of telling of it’s PG&E or comcast?
Steve
mtndadParticipantIf you want credit from Comcast for the 36 hour outage, I suggest you call 1-800-934-6489 and talk to an agent. It took about 20 minutes to get through.
She said the credits come automatically, in all the years with Comcast, I always had to call to get credit.
Be patient and good luck.
bigtreestechmanKeymasterThe roads by our place, Kenshaw and Wikami, have been plowed and there’s only a couple inches of fresh snow on them.
BootstrapParticipantLooks like chains are required from Arnold on up…so we might have to be our own “snow plows” for a while… 😉
lostbruceParticipantHow have the plows been doing with keeping up with the snow? Im sure the roads in BTV aren’t clear but are they “passable”?
Thanks
bigtreestechmanKeymasterIt’s extremely unlikely that we will get those max levels on any one day let alone on all the days.
caleachParticipantJoe,
I got these numbers by going to the forecast tab on this site and adding up the highest potential snow fall accumulation numbers.
clutz003ParticipantI have seen projections for up to 80”, but that is at pass levels.
bigtreestechmanKeymasternot sure where you are looking but that sounds excessive. can you provide a link?
caleachParticipantI wanted to see if I am interpreting the potential snow accumulation levels that show up on the link to the weather forecast. If I take the highest levels for the day’s projected range and add them up for this week it looks like we could potentially get 90 inches. Am I looking at this correctly?
skipamyParticipantLooks like Comcast is back up, at least for me on Karock.
My wifi thermostat sends me emails every 2 hours when it is not connected. And I just got an email saying it’s back online. Checked my cameras and they are online too.
rswheeler1ParticipantMy insurance is with AAA. They have NOT contacted me about putting down rocks. Good luck.
