When I try to call it, the number for Jim’s asphalt is coming up as “disconnected or no longer in service”. Does anyone have another number for him?

Samsung flat panel HD TV. 50 inches. It’s about 10 years old but works great. I have the remote too. PM me if you are interested.

Joe, thank you so much for keeping this site up and running. It’s such a great asset to your neighbors both near and far. I appreciate the cameras and weather station that help me understand the conditions there. THANK YOU!

In searching for information to help solve the recent BigTreesTech camera issues I dug up the following:
The “New” cameras were first put on line in early 2010 (Yikes! Over a decade ago!).
The user manual for the cameras gives specs for the administrator’s computer”

Windows 2000 or XP as OS
・ Internet Explorer Ver 6.0 or later
・ CPU: Inte Pentium III 800MHz or higher
・ Memory: 256 MB or more

Holy Crap! No wonder they’re starting to have issues.

All of our lots were laid out by the developer with 1” rebar ‘pins’ at all corners. Those pins were marked with wooden stakes with lot numbers painted on them. I doubt the pins have rusted away but it might take metal detector to locate them now. Some of the original Wooden stakes are still around. I can find 3 of my 5 original pins and the two I am searching for should be where I know them to be. You will need the surveyor for property issues but just deciding where to rake the old pins should be available.

Hi neighbors! I have eight, slightly used (from a Halloween haunt a couple of years ago)) 4′ x 8′ (1/2″ thick) OSB sheets. Most have paint on one side, and all (but one that has a small outlet cutout) are full sheets. I have finished all my projects (shed, wood box, etc.) and want to get rid of these last 8 – if no takers in a week, they go to the dump. They will be in my driveway this Saturday (7/18) on Hokan Circle (Dorrington), but ready for the taking now. Just let me know.

    Hello everyone.
These last few weeks we’ve removed approx 20 large to very large trees from our property. We cut them nicely into 18″ rounds (80% cedar, some pine, some fir) and it’s ready for splitting. You have full access to drive virtually up to the piles for loading. Before splitting, there’s probably 10-15 cords of wood. Please email me direct if you’re interested.

I used Ron Cooper about 2 years ago. He’s OK.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good driveway paving company? Ours needs an upgrade.

    Also an electrician?
