After this hard winter I find shards of brick popping off my chimney. I think its due to water getting in and freezing. has anyone had this issue and how did you fix it. Does anyone know who to call for a bid for repairs?
I think we’re around $1600+/y. We had to rebid August 2016 and found very few agents who could bid a policy for us. We ended up with a policy with Evanston Insurance. A few agents offered a policy via Evanston with premiums all over the place for the same coverage. It was a lengthy process and I hope not to have to repeat next August.

We were recently notified our house insurance was being canceled due to the high brush area we have here in Big Trees. We found a new company but our insurance increased over $1000 a year. Has anybody else had this issue?
That is a nice looking site. For the time being, I am planning on limiting page content to weather info and webcam images with links to things like forecasts and road conditions (like at the top of this page).
I hope to be able to start producing some sample graphics layouts in the next week or so.
