ParticipantThe only number I have ever used is 1-800-743-5000 and have just had to be consistent about asking for an agent. It takes their automated system a while to acknowledge you.
Good luck.

ParticipantDoes any one have a PGE Phone # that does NOT connect you to their automated system?
I need to change an incorrect spelling on my service address.
No matter what button I press, I can’t get to a person.
Thank you,
Snider Snow and Stump
ParticipantI remember that! That was why I switched to comcast from AT&T…

ParticipantUpdate: It survived! Modern 2014 electric water heater (R.95 rated) with zero power for 5 days. The lines were drained so my only risk was the water heater becoming a block of ice.
Thank you for the feedback. I will work on measurement systems to further this study.

ParticipantSome of the old timers in the CC/Dorrington area keep detailed snowfall records back to the early 1970’s. Would it make sense to digitize these records and preserve the history?
For example, by my less than precise records this year is on track to match the winter of 2010…We could see 12-15 feet by trout fishing season. The monster winter of 2011 (25+feet of snow) came close to matching 1973 according to Old-timer records.
Final tidbit…in the winter of 2011, Comcast had a really tough time and AT&T landlines were back up and going quickly. This year we basically have the reverse..great Comcast performance and horrible AT&T service.

ParticipantWe could probably make use of the queen bed, minus the mattresses, a couple night stands, dresser, if a partial pickup is of use. Could you send a photo?
PS, welcome to the neighbohood!

ParticipantWe just bought a cabin on Topanga which came furnished. The furniture is in good shape but not at all our style – if anyone needs/wants it, please let us know – there is a queen bed (mattress and box-spring) with a log-style bedframe, 4 night-stands, a vanity, a chest of drawers, 2 Southwest-style sofas with coffee and side tables and a round wood table with 4 chairs, as well as tons of fishing-related wall hangings. If anyone wants it, let me know.

KeymasterIt’s not an app, it’s a web page. BigTreesTech does however have some technology behind the curtain that presents a phone friendly interface when it detects that it’s connected to a phone (no user intervention required).
Just use phone browser apps like safari, firefox, chrome or whatever to go to http://www.bigtreestech.comFRANKTABBAH
ParticipantHow do i download the app to my iPhone?

KeymasterI just checked and after refreshing my browser / reloading the page, the image is current.

KeymasterFYI, while the pictures have been updating I noticed that one of the cameras seems to have been damaged a bit by the heavy snow we had and is pointing at an odd angle. I’ll try to get that fixed soon but it does still provide several views of the drive way and empty lot next door.
