No, I didn’t have my phone to take pictures. Not sure with the turmoil I would have the presence to take pictures. Didn’t find them when I went looking in my truck. Suspect may have been a contractor doing a days work in area, lot of tree and lot work going on by folk I have never seen before.
uttbParticipantCanton Construction at 209-795-4506. Does outstanding work
DembyParticipantTry Steve Sattler. He does nice work. 209 770 3907
buckgoodyParticipantWere you able to find the dogs? Can you post a phone number or email?
FlyfishrParticipantMark did the windows and siding on my place.

caleachParticipantRandy, knowing Tashi the way we do, it’s incomprehensible that any dog would attack him.
He is the one of the sweetest dogs we have ever met.
We will keep a sharp eye out and it may be worth reporting to the HOA as well.
SteveJDParticipantCan anyone make a recommendation for a general contractor to build a garage at my home in BTV next Summer?
uttbParticipantI also recommend Mark Canton. Rarely see such outstanding detailed work.
SnowShoeParticipantWe used Canton Construction to replace our aluminum frame windows early this year. We found them based on a recommendation by someone else on this website. They did an excellent job and we were very pleased. Highly recommended. Mark Canton’s number is (209) 795-4506. We installed Milgard vinyl windows–reasonable cost, look great (we chose tan color which works well with the cabin–much better than white), and the difference in heat retention in the cabin during the winter was incredible. Replacing aluminum frame windows is a project you won’t regret.
bchankParticipantWe want to replace our old aluminum frame windows at our cabin with new dual pane vinyl, wood or fiberglass framed units. Anybody have any recommendations for local contractors or suppliers? Any recommendations of one material vs. another? Thanks.
semisalesguyParticipantWalking my dog about 0930 when two, matching, white and tan pit bull like dogs ran across street and attacked my dog. 2 walks a day x 7 days for 4.5 years never happened. Mine on lease they were roaming. First time I have seen Tashi defend himself…did great, but should not have happened. They ran off toward Karock and Teton. Anybody claim or recognize them? Searching for owner. Thanks
DacmillParticipantI bit off more than I can chew with a project this weekend- moving gravel by the bucket under the cabin to level the floor. Is there a place in Arnold to hire day laborers, or are there any high school kids out there looking to earn some extra cash? I’m on Iroquois off of Sierra Parkway.

caleachParticipantAT&T Microcell 3g +, new in box.was activated once but never used. We use one at our cabin and it works great. Simply are wire it to the internet, give it line of sight to activate the GPS and it will create a cellular environment within your home s you can use your AT&T cell phone in Big Trees. Signal extends outside of he house for a little bit and is not intended for long grange use. You authorize which phones can hook up to it and I think it’s up to 6 numbers.
You can call me at 925-997-3977 if you are interested.

Steve LauterbachParticipantWe are on Nowach Court near Indian Rock and we get no Verizon service here. Since we have Verizon phones, we purchased a Verizon Extender from verizonwireless and it works great. We get 5 bars in our cabin and 3 bars outside within 100′ of the cabin. It plugs into an ethernet port on our rounter. $250 initial cost, no ongoing fees or charges.
