ParticipantI am wondering what others see as a normal water bill. We pay more for our house in BTV, which is only occasionally used, that we do for our home in the Bay Area, which has a lawn and a pool.
We don’t think there are any leaks.
Our recent bills have been for $113.00, is that a minimum charge?
Thanks for any feedback.

ParticipantThat is very retro. 🙂 I would take it down to Arnold thrift store. Furniture never lasts that long down there.

ParticipantIt is getting better. In 2010 we would only get signal in our driveway. Now we get signal in the house. It all depends on where you are at. When ever I am up I forward my cell phone to our house phone. You do *72 then the number. To take it off forwarding you do *73. We are on Meko.

ParticipantJust wondering whether Verison cell service is working in Big Trees. Haven’t been there a while and it wasn’t working when I was last there.
I am on Yuroc.

ParticipantI’m sure you can donate the furniture to the Humane Society in Arnold or Angel’s Camp. Worthy cause.

ParticipantJoan Lark at EPFD in Arnold has just competed a list of qualified lot cleaners. Give her a call.

ParticipantI’ve got some furniture that I’d rather give to someone local instead of using Craigslist at home. The furniture is truly outdated but in fine condition.
As an option, is there any place local where I can drop off this stuff if no one is interested in it?
thanks,
Blair-

ParticipantThere is a list of current contractors on bigtreesvillage.org. Click on the Fire Safety Regulations button (big red one on the home page) and look for the link to the contractor list under “How to get rid of my yard waste” section.
We just provide the list and make no judgement as to the quality of work so do your due diligence when hiring someone. -
