ParticipantWe’ve used Ebbetts Pass gas. Also Angels in Angels Camp and Bertini’s in Avery. All have done a good job and may depend on who is available.

ParticipantThat’s too bad. A nice eating place in Dorrington/Camp Connell area would be a nice addition. Burgers at the Lube Room and dogs at Tommie’s are great, but it would be nice to not have to drive all the way down to Arnold or Murphy’s to get a nice dinner with a good bottle of wine. But then again, I’m not up there enough to make a difference.

ParticipantThe dining room is NOT open and sadly there are no plans to open it in the future. 🙁

KeymasterA few years back Steve Masarie did our deck too. Great guy to do business with. Glad he’s back in the area!

ParticipantI recently used Steve Masarie of Masarie contracting to rebuild my deck and some other minor repairs, in Blue lake Springs area. … He was awesome to work with and was reasonably priced..I would highly recommend him for work in the Arnold area..

ParticipantJoe,
Does that also mean the dining room has reopened or just the hotel?

ParticipantGood news.Butter and Cream bakery opened about 2 weeks ago in the Cameo plaza (next to Ebbetts Pass Gas). They have a website and facebook page for more info on their products. They are open Thursday thru Monday (closed Tues and Wed). We got some delicious breakfast pastries this morning and they also have quiche, cookies, cupcakes, etc. There are a few tables inside and of course coffee. The baker/proprietor is very friendly and personable. A wonderful addition to the community and just in time for the promising ski season.

ParticipantMy bad….I was looking on the white portion of the page. Then I saw the HOWDY up in the black bar. It does work if you look in the right place!

ParticipantI went back and made sure to log in but there was no HOWDY on the page anywhere. Did have the WELCOME on the left.

ParticipantPlease note that if you are not logged in, you will not be able to see the Howdy link.
