    Brian,

Very cool weather station set up as well. Is that for public consumption?

    Chuck,

I have a bunch of different ones. I have 4 Logitech Alert cameras (font door, backyard, deck and side door), a no name Chinese camera (shed), a arecont (Utopia left) and a Acti (utopia left). I look for deals! 🙂

The software is Blue Iris and is very powerful. I am going to run a couple more (not sure what brand) into the woods to capture nature.

    Thanks
    -Brian

I put a new camera (Back Yard) about 30 days ago. Here is the link. Snow is falling. We are on Meko and I also have the weather station link.

Checked with Arnold Pantry and they have not been getting fresh eggs recently. A cold weather issue.

Granted, life will go on if I buy my eggs at the grocery store!! We are a bit spoiled however by the farm fresh eggs we purchase when we are in the flatland. Is there a place up here to purchase farm fresh eggs?

As of 4:10pm you have to put your chains on 4.5 miles east of Arnold. Or have snow tires and 4×4.

Pine Tree said Chain control E of Arnold. 4WD or AWD is ok but you still have to carry chains in the vehicle. Enjoy a pretty drive

A couple years ago there was plans for a place near Tamarack Lodge for snow tubing. Anyone know if this is still a plan, or if it will be open this season? Drove by this afternoon, couldn’t see any signs regarding it.

As already mentioned, Brian Gundert, The Tree Whisperer, is licensed and does really great work. He has done tree falling and trimming for me for 8-10 years. A couple of years ago, a large fir started to topple over towards our cabin but got hung-up in an adjoining tree. Brian was able to fell the tree clear of the cabin and saved us monumental damage ot the cabin if the tree had continued on its path towards the cabin. He is professional and a really nice guy and has reasonable rates. I would highly recommend him. His contact info listed in original two posts.
